Our gluten free and grain free Butter Pecan Cookies are so big and buttery, you'll only be able to have one or two at a sitting. If you like soft cookies, store them in the refrigerator and serve them at room temperature. For chewy cookies, eat them right out of the refrigerator or freezer. For crunchy cookies, bake them again at 170 F (75 C) for 2 hours after they've cooled. Store crisp cookies in an airtight container.
